The Art Council comprises 05 members. Vuong Duy Bien, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as chairman of the Council, Vi Kieu Thanh, head of Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition as vice-chairman of the Council.
Bui Dinh Hai, Office for Fine Arts and Exhibition is responsible for the Secretariat Board.
The Art Council will select logo for the event of National Tourism Year 2016.
The Secretariat takes over some tasks to prepare for document, collect and establish a report at the working day in order to ensure an accuracy.
