Pursuant to Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No.3088/QĐ-BVHTTDL on September 15, 2015 of Minister of the Ministry about organizing the “National Great Solidarity – Vietnam Cultural Heritage” Week at Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No.3564/QĐ-BVHTTDL on October 20, 2015 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about establishing the Direction Board of the Week;

Article 1. Minister decided to assign Nguyen Dang Chuong, head of Art Performing Department as general director for the program of “National Great Solidarity – Vietnam Cultural Heritage” Week at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism.
General director is responsible for associating with the Organization Board to build content, establish budget and organize the opening ceremony of the Week at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism.
