Pursuant to Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 3186/QĐ-BVHTTDL on September 23, 2015 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ;
At the request of Director of  the Department of Perporming Arts,

Article 1. Establishing the Direction Board for the contest in Bac Lieu city, Bac Lieu province including some members as follows:
1. Vuong Duy Bien – Deputy Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as head of the Board;
2.Nguyen Dang Chuong – head of Performing Arts Department as vice-head of the Board;
3. Le Thi Ai Nam, vice-secretariat of the Provincial Committee, vice-president of Bac Lieu as member;
4. Le Tien Tho, president of Vietnam Stage Artists Association as member.
